I bought multiple items but had issue with 2 products. One product had no safety seal inside the cap, seems opened and taped around the cap.shared my concerns with customer service. Instead of offering an instant refund, I got a lame excuse that the product come that way from the manufacture. They have even odasity to ask me to directly confirm it from the manufacturer. "What a bull crap". I bought it from you not from your manufacturer. I am doing business with you and you should know your products. Or maybe I should have bought it from the main manufacturer not the pesky middleman. Atleast I would have much more confidence using the product knowing its coming directly from the manufacturer.
Second product I received has expiry date within less than a month. It was a food product, so I care about the expiry dates since I am very cautious about my health. The product was on the shelf almost a year and who know whats kind of infection has grown in the 1 year timeframe. Not yo mention, it must have lost the taste and freshness of the product. Company response, use it or send it back.
My response, if you care so much about me as a customer, why you should not have checked the products before sending it. I dont have time packing, returning the item. Second issue, if I return the items, what you will do? Probably send it some other poor customer as I experienced this kind of stuff with other online stores. Why press me to try the products when I am in doubt of the quality and condition of the product. Why making a little profit is better than loosing a valued customer? Seems to me the motive is to make money but not giving a qaulity. Best receipe of disaster. Now you lost another customer. Happy!
